While it is quick and easy to use e-mail for many communications, sometimes it is just better to talk through the details.  So, please fill out the information requested here, but also feel free to call me with any questions at 704-962-8562.

The information you provide will not be given to any other person or organization.  It is my intent only to have direct contact with you regarding the work you want done.

 Six steps to a final product

1. To get more information, an estimate or quote, just fill out the information to the right.

2. I will return your message and we will work together to determine how best to meet your needs.

3. You will transfer your photos to me either via e-mail, postal service, UPS, or other carrier convenient for you.

4.  The originals you send will be reviewed for the details of work to be done (you may be contacted at this time), and a firm quote will be given.  On your agreement, I will perform the work requested and provide you with  a proof document via e-mail, on a secure internet location for you to review, or mail proofs to you for approval if that is more appropriate. 

5. After you approve, you can make payment via 'PayPal' (any major credit card).

6. Your final product(s) along with any original materials will be returned to you via e-mail, postal service, UPS, or other carrier convenient for you.

 ***Note:  All original photogaphs sent to Picture This Image will be returned in the same condition as received.  All originals will be returned to you at no cost whether you accept our services or not.  Picture this Image cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused by the delivery method.

For photographs you ship to Picture This Image, if there is a material value you wish to place on those, please insure those for an appropriate amount with the carrier you choose.
